BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING

  • Payment - Full payment for your session will be due at the time of booking. An email will be sent with payment details for your chosen session.

  • Payment plans can be arranged for multi-bookings on request. 

  • You will receive a confirmation email upon booking and a reminder 24hrs in advance. 

  • A questionnaire will be issued to all new clients. It is compulsory to fill this in and return it. 

  • No refunds will be issued after the session has taken place. 

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or before will receive a full refund. 

  • Cancellations made between 48-24 hours will receive a 50% refund 

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours will receive no refund. 

  • Tickets to any event or workshop purchased online are non-refundable 

 

RESCHEDULING

  • You may reschedule your session up to 48hrs in advance (free of charge). 

  • If you wish to reschedule within 48hrs of your session, there is a £10 administrative charge to do so.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

  • You have 15 minutes to show up to your session. After this, your session will be cancelled and the session is non-refundable.

  • If you are late to your booking, your appointment will be shortened by the length of time by which you were late.

  • If you are late you will still be charged for the full session.

NO SHOWS

  • If you do not show up for the session, you will be charged for the full amount.
